What is your typical turnaround time?
We like to have 3 to 4 weeks whenever possible so there is enough time to choose the right product, finalize artwork, and keep everything moving smoothly. That said, if you are on a tight deadline, reach out. We have been known to turn projects around in just a few days, depending on the item and availability.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product. Some items can be ordered in very small quantities, and in some cases, even as a single item. Apparel usually starts around 12 to 24 pieces, while hard goods vary based on the product, decoration method, and price point. In general, higher-value items often have lower minimums, while lower-cost items may require a larger order.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. You are welcome to stop by our showroom anytime during business hours. We have a little bit of everything, including apparel, drinkware, and product samples you can see and compare in person. If there is something specific you want to look at, let us know ahead of time and we can often bring it in for you.
